Zoom update notification: Users who are running an end-of-life version after May 4, 2024 will be logged out of their Zoom Client (Desktop, Mobile, and VDI) or not be able to join meetings via the Zoom Client until they update.

Zoom has updated its terms of use. You may be asked to agree to the new terms in order to access your Zoom account. We are aware that the terms include the option for the user to turn on AI tracking.
For any account owned by BSF - staff, Area Personnel, Online Host licenses, etc – BSF manages these settings and we have verified that the AI tracking is Turned Off. In order to use your Zoom license, you should accept new terms of use. This will not affect the AI setting on your BSF license.
For those who may have a personal zoom account, accepting the Terms of Use does NOT turn on the AI feature. It is set to off unless you choose to turn it on. You will need to accept the new terms of use in order to use your license.
